Vickery Finance ("we," "us") publishes the Vickery Finance Calculators add-on for Google Sheets (the "add-on"). This policy explains what the add-on accesses, what it stores, and what it never collects. The short version: the add-on runs inside your own spreadsheet, performs no external network calls, and collects no personal data.
The add-on opens a sidebar in Google Sheets with six calculators: Rental Property ROI, Freelance Tax Estimator, Break-Even, Mortgage Payoff, Profit Margin & Markup, and Savings Goal. You type numbers into the sidebar; the add-on computes results and shows them to you. If you choose to save a report, the add-on writes that report — the inputs and results you asked it to save — into sheets named "VF Calculator Reports" and (for Pro users) "Calculator History" inside your own spreadsheet.
None. The numbers you enter into the calculators are processed inside your own Google account and your own spreadsheet. They are never transmitted to Vickery Finance, and we operate no server that receives them. The add-on makes no external network calls of any kind: no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, no error reporting.
The only stored state is your license status. When you activate a Pro license key, the key is stored in the add-on's user properties (a small storage area Google Apps Script keeps for the add-on, tied to your Google account) so the add-on can remember that Pro is unlocked. The key is validated locally, inside the add-on, by a mathematical check — it is not sent anywhere for verification. Reports and history entries exist only in your own spreadsheet, under your control, and you can delete them at any time like any other sheet content.
The add-on requests access only to the spreadsheet it is running in (the Apps Script scope for the current spreadsheet), which it needs to display the sidebar and to write the reports you ask it to save. It does not access your other files, your email, your contacts, or any other Google service, and it cannot see spreadsheets you have not opened it in.
Because we collect nothing, there is nothing to share, sell, or disclose. We do not share any information with third parties because no information reaches us.
The add-on is a business and personal-finance planning tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children.
If a future version of the add-on changes what it accesses or stores, this page will be updated and the "Last updated" date changed before that version is released.
