These terms govern your use of the Vickery Finance Calculators add-on for Google Sheets (the "add-on"), published by Vickery Finance ("we," "us"). By installing or using the add-on, you agree to these terms.
The add-on provides six calculators — Rental Property ROI, Freelance Tax Estimator, Break-Even, Mortgage Payoff, Profit Margin & Markup, and Savings Goal — in a sidebar inside your own Google Sheets spreadsheet. Calculations run inside your own Google account. Optionally, you can save calculation reports into your own spreadsheet.
All six calculators are free to use, with unlimited calculations. On the free tier, saving reports into your spreadsheet is available for the Rental Property ROI and Break-Even calculators. A Pro license key unlocks report saving for all six calculators and adds a summary line to a "Calculator History" log sheet on each save.
Pro license keys are sold through third-party platforms (currently Gumroad and Etsy). Refunds for a key purchase are governed by the refund policy of the platform you bought it from. If a key you purchased does not activate and we cannot resolve the problem, contact [email protected] and we will either fix it or arrange a refund of the key price.
The add-on is an educational planning tool. Its calculators use simplified assumptions and published estimates (for example, the freelance tax estimator's federal brackets and standard deductions). Results are estimates only and are not tax, legal, financial, or CPA advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from your own accountant, CPA, attorney, or financial advisor. You are responsible for verifying any figure before relying on it for a filing, purchase, or business decision.
The add-on is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of results, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vickery Finance is not liable for any damages arising from use of the add-on or reliance on its results. Your sole remedy for a Pro key you are dissatisfied with is the refund route described above.
Do not use the add-on for any unlawful purpose, and do not attempt to circumvent the Pro license check, extract keys, or misrepresent the add-on or its results as professional advice to third parties.
We may update the add-on and these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the add-on after a change means you accept the updated terms.
