Is one license really enough for my whole firm?
Yes. One license covers the buyer's whole firm — every staff member of that firm — for use with unlimited clients. There is no per-client fee and no per-seat fee.
What if I run two separate firms?

Can I give a client their own copy?
Yes. You may customize a workbook for a client and hand them their copy. That client may use the copy for their own business only; they may not pass it on, share it, or resell it.
Can I put my firm's name and logo on the workbooks?
Yes. Customizing and rebranding — rename, add your firm's name and logo, change categories and line items — is expressly permitted on all tiers. You may not claim you created the underlying templates.
Do the templates work in Google Sheets as well as Excel?
Yes. The workbooks work in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets (upload the file to Google Drive to open it in Sheets).
What happens if I don't renew a Firm or Firm Plus license?
Client copies already delivered and in use stay in use. Your firm may not start new client work with the templates after the lapse date, updates and new templates stop, and Firm Plus calculator embeds are deactivated.
Are refunds available?
No. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available. Ask a question before buying if anything is unclear: [email protected].
