You bring the expertise and the audience. The studio builds the catalog.

The Productization Studio turns what you already teach — workshops, recordings, a book, a consulting framework, slide decks, client worksheets — into a finished digital product catalog: courses, ebooks, templates and workbooks, and audio editions, distributed across the sales channels that fit them. Know your numbers — without the accounting software.

Who this is for

Coaches, consultants, trainers, and niche experts who have both of these:

  • Existing content — recorded workshops or talks, a book or manuscript, slide decks, a consulting framework, client worksheets, or a training program you deliver live.
  • An existing audience — an email list, a speaking practice, a podcast or video following, or a client base: some channel that already reaches buyers.

Your knowledge is trapped in live delivery. The studio converts it into products your audience can buy without you in the room.

Who this is not for

  • No content yet. If the idea exists but the material doesn't, there is nothing to productize — this is a conversion service, not ghostwriting from zero.
  • Content but no audience, and no plan to build one. Products without buyers help no one, and the engagement would end in disappointment.
  • Anyone who needs revenue guarantees, or who wants the studio to run their marketing or social media. Distribution is platform search plus your own channels — that's the model, stated up front.

Pilot Product

$1,500
flat fee

One flagship product, built end-to-end from your existing material. Pick one:

  • One online course — curriculum structured from your material, full lecture scripts, AI-narrated audio + video lectures (with the AI disclosure below), course image, listing copy, and an upload-ready package; or
  • One ebook — manuscript structured and edited from your material, EPUB built and EpubCheck-validated, cover, listing copy, and upload packages for Google Play Books and Kindle; or
  • One template / workbook product — a working Excel / Google Sheets tool built from your framework or checklist, with listing copy and images, packaged for Etsy / Gumroad.

Includes two structured revision rounds at the outline/script stage and one on the finished product. Planning range: about 3–4 weeks door-to-door, platform review times excluded.

Full Catalog Build

$4,500
standard — final quote set at scoping

Your body of work becomes a product line, distributed everywhere the studio distributes its own catalog:

  • One flagship course, as in the Pilot
  • One ebook edition of the same material
  • A template / workbook line — up to 5 products built from your frameworks and worksheets
  • Audio edition preparation — distributor-spec MP3s, credits, and covers
  • Multi-channel syndication (see deliverables by platform below)
  • A handoff pack: master file inventory and a per-channel status sheet

Planning range: about 6–9 weeks door-to-door, platform review times excluded. One active client project at a time — quality over queue-jumping.

Verifiable audience only

Revenue-Share Build

$500
upfront + 30% of net for 24 months
  • Same build scope as the Full Catalog Build
  • $500 upfront engagement fee, then 30% of net product revenue — net meaning what the platforms actually pay out after their fees — for 24 months from first publication
  • You keep 70% and full ownership; after 24 months the share ends and the products are entirely yours
  • Offered only to experts with a verifiable audience (list size, sales history of live offers, channel metrics). If the audience can't be verified, the flat-fee tiers apply — no exceptions.
After a build

Syndication Care

$250
per month
  • Available only after a Full Catalog or Revenue-Share build
  • Quarterly refresh pass: listing copy/photo refresh on top products, sale-window setup, new-channel additions, format fixes
  • One new product per quarter built from material you supply
  • Quarterly one-page report: per-channel live status and platform-reported results
  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime
New — for template sellers

Template Localization

$35
per product, per language — 10-product minimum per language

Your existing Excel / Google Sheets template catalog, localized into the 10 languages the studio runs on its own catalog: Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Japanese, Korean, and Indonesian. This is the exact pipeline that produced 300 verified localized products for Vickery Finance — 30 per language, every one checked against its English original.

  • Localized workbook — sheet labels, headers, instructions, and formula text literals localized; formulas exercised and spot-checked against your English original
  • Localized listing copy — title, description, and tags, paste-ready for your own listings
  • Localized listing images — your image set regenerated with localized text
  • Per-language verification report — every product checked against its English source, pass/fail in writing
  • Full-Catalog Package — your whole catalog into all 10 languages, quoted per project after a source-file review; typical range $4,999–$9,999

50% deposit to start; balance on delivery of each verified batch. Turnaround is quoted per batch — a 30-product language wave is the standard unit — with no rush promises. You supply the source files and keep your own store accounts; publishing to your accounts is not included unless separately scoped. One boundary, stated plainly: this is language localization, including jurisdiction-neutral relabeling of tax-specific labels — it is not adaptation to another country's tax law, and it is not tax or legal advice. Best fit: established template sellers with 20+ products and proven sales in one language. Localization multiplies listings, not demand — if your products haven't sold in English yet, you'll be told to fix that first.

Payment terms

50% deposit to start — work does not begin until the deposit clears. Balance is due on delivery of the finished, QA-passed packages. The retainer is billed monthly in advance. No work-for-equity, and no “pay when it sells” outside the defined revenue-share terms above.

How it works — the pipeline

Every stage below is a pipeline already run end-to-end on the Vickery Finance catalog in October 2026. The only change is whose content goes in the front.

  1. Intake & material review. You deliver your source files; they're inventoried and gaps are flagged before any build promise is made. No deposit is invoiced until the review passes.
  2. Product architecture. The product set is decided — course outline, ebook structure, template list. You approve it here, where changes are cheap.
  3. Course build. Lecture scripts from your material, AI narration, video assembly, course image, and listing copy, packaged upload-ready.
  4. Ebook build. Your material structured as real prose, EPUB built and validated — EpubCheck must pass clean before delivery — plus cover and listing fields.
  5. Template / workbook build. Your frameworks become working Excel / Google Sheets tools with formulas, plus listing images and a print/PDF edition where it fits.
  6. Print & audio editions. Print editions get an interior PDF and full-wrap cover; course audio is mastered to distributor spec — loudness, silence heads/tails, credits, retail sample, and cover.
  7. Listing copy & paste packets. One channel-ready pack per product: titles, descriptions, categories, keywords, and prices set per channel from its own fee and royalty rules.
  8. Syndication & uploads. Uploads execute channel by channel. Every product is verified on the platform itself before it's reported live.
  9. Handoff. Master inventory, per-channel status sheet, your source files returned, and the Syndication Care offer.

QA gates on every build: EpubCheck clean on every EPUB; a per-file audio check (a truncated file fails the build); workbook formulas exercised and spot-checked against hand-computed values; worked-example figures verified against source numbers; and an honesty check on all copy.

Deliverables by platform

Platform realities, stated up front: identity verification, tax forms, bank/payout setup, and new-account passwords are always the account owner's own steps — the studio prepares everything up to those screens. Platform review times (for example, a Play Books account review can take up to 30 days) are outside studio control and are never counted in build turnaround. A product is reported “live” only when it's verified live on the platform — pending-review and blocked items are reported as exactly that.

Ownership, IP, and disclosure

Terms above are a plain-language summary. Engagements run under a written agreement (a business draft, not attorney-reviewed) that sets the product list, channel list, fees, revision rounds, and these IP terms out in full before any deposit is invoiced.

The honest note

This is a production service. The studio sells build quality, speed, and distribution mechanics — not sales results. The Vickery Finance catalog launched in late October 2026 and its recorded sales are $0 to date; nothing here invents revenue figures, clients, or testimonials, and no catalog copy will either. What the studio can show you is every product, live or in review, on its platform — the build sheet above is the proof, and it's checkable.

About

The studio is run by Max Vickery — B.S. Accountancy, Arizona State University, W. P. Carey School of Business (March 2025); CPA candidate (not a CPA). In October 2026 he built the Vickery Finance catalog this page describes: 59 courses, 200 KDP paperback editions built to print spec, 21 ebooks, a 198-template catalog across three storefronts, template editions in 10 languages, 21 audiobooks prepped to distributor spec (469 tracks), a Google Sheets add-on, a WordPress plugin, and a calculator API. Production is executed with AI assistance under his direction, scoping, and review — disclosed here the same way it's disclosed on the products.
