When we're full, we don't leave you hanging.

Vickery Finance does monthly bookkeeping for a small number of small businesses — deliberately. The roster is capped so every client gets a careful month-end close, and some businesses need something we don't offer: tax preparation, a bigger team, an in-person firm, or a specialist in a different niche. If that's you, we can introduce you to one partner firm that fits — free, and only with your permission.

For businesses: how the introduction works

  1. Tell us about your business. Email us what you do, where you are, what you need help with, and how you'd like to be contacted. Two minutes.
  2. We screen honestly. If Vickery Finance has a roster spot and your business fits our service, we'll offer you that first. If not, we'll look for a partner match.
  3. You decide. Introductions happen only if you ask for one. We send your answers to exactly one firm — and we email you the firm's name, so you know who has your information and why.
  4. The firm contacts you — within one business day of the introduction, by the contact method you chose. If they don't, tell us and we'll follow up or find another match (asking your permission again first).

What it costs you: nothing. Partner firms may pay Vickery Finance a referral fee; it doesn't come out of your pocket and doesn't change what the firm charges you, as far as we know.

What we don't do: we don't sell lists, we don't blast your details to multiple firms, and we don't guarantee any firm's work. We're making an introduction between a business that needs help and a firm that provides it — the engagement, if you start one, is between you and them.

Who the partners are

Partner firms are independent bookkeeping, accounting, and fractional-CFO practices — local Arizona firms and virtual firms serving clients across the US. Every partner agrees, in writing, to:

Our partner list is being built now. Request an introduction and we'll match from the firms we're finalizing — or tell you plainly if we don't have a match yet.

For firms: become a referral partner

Vickery Finance's website and free calculators attract small-business owners looking for bookkeeping help — and our own service can only take a few of them. The rest are looking for a firm like yours.

How it works for partners:

What it costs:

The honest part: we're new. This site and its calculators launched in October 2026, traffic is search-driven and growing from a small base, and we do not guarantee lead volume. That's exactly why the pilot is free and billing is per qualified lead with no minimum — you risk nothing to find out whether our visitors become your clients.

Partner requirements: an operating firm with a public website; a signed partner acknowledgment covering contact speed, outcome reporting, and strict limits on how referred visitors' information may be used (respond to their inquiry only — no lists, no resale).
