Sponsor Vickery Finance

Vickery Finance builds free calculators and practical Excel & Google Sheets templates for small-business owners, freelancers, and landlords — people who do their own numbers. If your product serves those same owners — accounting or payroll software, business banking, insurance, or a service for a specific trade — a sponsorship here puts one clearly labeled line in front of them at the exact moment they are working on their money. Know your numbers — without the accounting software.

Read this before you spend a dollar. Vickery Finance is new. The site launched in late October 2026, recorded sales so far are zero, and we will not quote you traffic numbers we cannot show. What exists is real: six free calculators, 198 niche template pages built for search, a weekly YouTube Shorts series with long-form course episodes, and a growing Substack newsletter. Founding sponsors are buying early placement at starter rates — and the placement stays live on content pages designed to keep ranking long after a social post would be buried. If the audience grows, your rate for the first six months doesn't. If it doesn't grow, you've risked one small flat fee, and you'll know that from us before you pay, not after.

A calculator slot — $75/month

The homepage's six free calculators (Rental ROI, Freelance Tax, Break-Even, Mortgage Payoff, Profit Margin, Savings Goal) each carry one sponsor slot: your name, one factual line, one link, labeled "Sponsored," directly under the calculator. All six slots together, with homepage category exclusivity: $249/month.

A niche your customers live in — $99/month per cluster

Sponsor a trade cluster — plumbing, HVAC, and electricians; restaurants and coffee shops; salons and spas — and your labeled block runs on every page in that cluster (roughly 8–12 pages). A single page is $15/month. Template stores can't sponsor template pages; software, banking, payroll, insurance, and trade services can.

The templates directory — $59/month

One sponsor block on /templates.html, the directory every "browse all templates" path leads to.

Site-wide footer line — $149/month

One labeled sponsor line in the footer of all ~200 pages. Only one is sold at a time, three-month minimum.

The newsletter — $49 per issue

One sponsor slot at the top of an issue of Know Your Numbers, our Substack newsletter for owners who close their own books. Four consecutive issues: $149. Up to 50 words and one link, labeled "Sponsored" before your copy starts.

YouTube descriptions — $79/month

One sponsor line in the descriptions of new videos published that month on the Vickery Finance channel (weekly Shorts plus long-form episodes), with a full disclosure in the description. Single long-form episode: $25. Description placement only — we don't sell in-video endorsements or reviews.

How sponsorship works here

  1. You send the slot you want, your business name, your exact line and link copy, and your start month — email below.
  2. We reply within 2 business days with an invoice (a Stripe payment link) or a plain no. Placements start when the invoice is paid.
  3. Your placement runs labeled "Sponsored." Always. That's an FTC requirement and part of the deal — a compliant placement.
  4. You get the real numbers. Whatever analytics exist for your period — page, video, or newsletter — shared as screenshots or exports, good or bad. We never promise clicks, sign-ups, sales, or rankings.
  5. Copy rules: factual only. No earnings or savings claims that can't be substantiated, no fake endorsements, and sponsorship is never described — by us or by you — as Vickery Finance "recommending" your product. We may edit or reject copy that breaks these rules; rejected copy before any placement runs means a full refund.

Month-to-month slots cancel at the end of any paid month. Prepaid placements are refundable pro-rata if we stop publishing on that property.

Who this is not for

Direct competitors selling small-business templates; anything that needs a license we don't hold to promote; get-rich-quick or unsubstantiated income claims; adult, gambling, or crypto-speculation promotions. If you're not sure, ask — you'll get a straight answer.

Tell us the slot, your business, and the month you'd like to start. Questions about the audience get honest answers — including "we don't have that data yet," when that's the truth.
