Splits and Brokerage Fees — your split tiers (80 percent to 50,000, 85 percent to 100,000, 90 percent above), your current split by formula, deals by split, the fee schedule (350 standard, 495 when the sale price is 700,000 or more), and what the brokerage keeps in total.
Pipeline — active listings: list price, stage, expected commission, probability, and weighted commission, plus estimated brokerage fees and a projected net commission if the weighted pipeline closes.
Expenses — every business expense by category: marketing, dues, mileage at 0.70 per mile, and other. Mileage rows price themselves from the rate at the top of the sheet.
