Job Costs — every cost, tied to a job: date, category, vendor, amount, and whether it is paid. Categories are labor, materials, subcontractor, equipment, permits, and other. Costs by category are totaled below the log.
Quote Builder — build a quote line by line: item, quantity, unit cost, and markup. Cost, quoted price, and profit calculate automatically. Quoted price is cost times one plus markup.
Job P and L — per job: quoted price, actual costs by category, total costs, profit, margin, cost budget, and over or under budget. All formulas from the Job Log and Job Costs sheets. Positive over or under means under budget.
Dashboard — total quoted, total costs, total profit and margin, jobs by status, overdue payments, best and worst jobs by profit and by margin, and costs by category.
